FREELANCE ART BRAND DIRECTOR

As a freelance Brand Art Director for Orseund Iris, the NY-based fashion label, you will assist in shaping and elevating our brand's visual identity and creative direction. Working with the designer and founder, your role will be critical in translating our brand's vision and values into compelling and visually stunning digital experiences that resonate with our customers, fans and followers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including our PR, Social Media, design, and content team members, to create cohesive and innovative organic campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
Your expertise in both artistic and business realms will be vital in positioning our brand as a leader in fashion and lifestyle launches. A part of your role will have you collaborating with our content and social media teams to conceptualize and execute innovative and impactful campaigns that align with the brand's objectives, fans, followers and customers.
You will work with the designer to present creative ideas, and provide art direction to ensure the team's work meets the brand's standards and resonates with customers. This includes planning and directing photoshoots for new style launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring that the visual content captures the brand's essence and tells a cohesive story.
Responsible for:
- Art direction for each new style drop.
- Directing on set for E-Commerce & Lifestyle shoots.
- Editing for narrow selects after each shoot.
- Reviewing and approving micro-content for social and providing feedback to our content and social team.
- Reviewing and approving weekly newsletters with our E-Commerce team.

CONTENT CREATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with the designer and freelance Brand Art Director, as a Content Creator for our fashion e-commerce brand, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content that showcases our products, tells a cohesive brand story, and resonates with our customers, fans and followers.
You must have amazing iPhone video and strong storytelling skills along with an eye for detail with an emphasis on luxury fashion and you will be instrumental in elevating our brand's online presence and driving customer engagement.
Collaborating closely with our freelance Art Director, Social Media Assistant and PR team members, you will play a vital role in creating video content that reinforces our brand identity, enhances the shopping experience, and ultimately increases conversions and brand loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining a consistent brand image across all content, reflecting the brand's personality, values, and voice through video.
- Crafting compelling narratives and storytelling around style launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal themes to deepen customer engagement and create emotional connections.
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across different platforms and marketing channels.
- Coordinating with the Social Media Assistant to align content releases with style launches, and supporting brand videos.

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role as a Social Media Assistant will involve day-to-day social media activities including editing and posting compelling content while interacting with our online community. You will be working with our Brand Art Director and Content Creator while assisting with our social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, editing and scheduling regular video posts, responding to comments, and engaging with our online community in real time during business hours and part time on the weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social media editing, posting and community engagement.
- Monitoring content performance and optimizing strategies for increased reach and engagement.
- Responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our followers and customers.
- Identifying and engaging with influencers, followers, and potential customers to build meaningful relationships and promote brand advocacy.
