ORSEUND IRIS Internship

Type: Unpaid Internship (School Credit Only)

Description

This school-credit–only internship offers hands-on experience supporting the Operations and PR/Marketing teams at ORSEUND IRIS. Interns will assist with daily operational tasks, sample coordination, PR support, research, and brand projects, while gaining insight into luxury fashion operations, marketing, and brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Support Operations and PR/Marketing Managers with day-to-day tasks across departments

  • Update and maintain trackers, logs, and internal documents to ensure accurate records for samples, shipments, and marketing materials

  • Assist with sample coordination and manage PR samples, including check-in/check-out, tracking, and organization

  • Support the Social Media Manager with community engagement

  • Conduct research on competitors (contemporary and emerging designers), recent marketing campaigns, and brand collaborations

  • Complete a Brand Project to develop a deeper understanding of the brand’s customer and identity

  • Coordinate shipments and messenger services for samples and marketing materials

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program and able to receive school credit

  • Strong interest in fashion, PR, marketing, and brand operations

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage trackers, logs, and multiple tasks across departments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable conducting research and presenting insights clearly

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar tools
