What are your shipping details?

Orseund Iris ships worldwide Mon-Fri, excluding major US holidays.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Delivery times may vary due to payment, stock, or customs delays. 

How do I start a return or exchange? 

If you are a US based customer, please follow the link to our Returns and Exchanges Portal here. We kindly note that a $25 restocking fee applies. This will be deducted from your refund amount when processed. 

Customers outside of the United States must use our international returns and exchanges portal here. We kindly note that a $30 restocking fee applies. This will be deducted from your refund amount when processed.

What if one of the items I purchased is on pre-order? Will you ship what is in stock first? Am I responsible for the additional shipping costs if I want the order split shipped?

If you purchased multiple items, we will hold your order until your pre-order is available to ship. If you would like your order split-shipped than you can request that by emailing info@orseundiris.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to ship first. You will be required to pay the additional shipping costs. 

Do you have a physical store where I can try on your products?

We closed our beloved Brooklyn Studio at the end of 2024. Watch this space for other exciting opportunities to shop in person with us in 2025 in NYC and beyond?

What materials are your products made of?

Our styles are crafted with the highest quality materials. We’re committed to making thoughtful styles that aren’t influenced by current trends, and proudly design and manufacture many designs in New York. Other craftsmen are carefully hand selected from across the globe to ensure each design is made with the utmost love, care, and precision.

Do you offer customization options for your styles?

We are passionate about designing innovative pieces which require little to no customizations and consider a large range of bodies, shapes and sizes during this exciting process. At this time we cannot facilitate any customization requests or made-to-order, however, we are always here to assist you in finding the right size for you. 

Will you be restocking certain styles in the near future?

It is important to note we rarely restock and like to keep our designs new, fresh, and limited in production. Updates are provided to our newsletter subscribers and on our Instagram. We suggest you sign up and follow to ensure you never miss out. 

What is your return policy?

Returns must be unworn with the 'Do Not Remove' tag still attached to the garment and returned within 14 days of delivery. Start your USA return by clicking here and International return here.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Shipping to the US: FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Ground are available

International: DHL

What are your style sizing details?

Each of our styles has its own unique size chart and measurements to help you find your perfect fit. To view this, click the drop-down menu in the details section under the price on the product page, select your preferred measurement metrics and you'll find all the info you need. Our Customer Care Team is always here to help you determine your size if needed!

Do you offer discounts?

We kindly suggest signing up to our newsletter for any potential future promotions and discounts. 

Same-Day NYC Local Delivery 

We now offer same-Day delivery in all of Manhattan and prime Brooklyn locations for a flat rate of $8. Please see zip codes included for this service below. Unfortunately, if you are outside of these areas, we strictly cannot offer this service. 

Same-Day Delivery Requirements

Orders placed with the “Same-Day” Delivery option will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before noon will be delivered by 10pm. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the following business day before 10pm. We are not able to accommodate specific delivery time requests.
