What are your shipping details?
Orseund Iris ships worldwide Mon-Fri, except major US holidays. 📦 Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing. US/Domestic orders ship via FedEx, international via DHL. Delivery times may vary due to payment, stock, or customs delays. First-time shoppers, enjoy 10% off with OI_WELCOME-2024 at checkout! ❣️
How do I start a return or exchange?
Customers outside of the United States must use our international returns and exchanges portal here. There is a $30 restocking fee for international returns and exchanges and a $25 restocking fee for domestic returns and exchanges. Please review our full returns and exchange policy here.
What if one of the items I purchased is on pre-order? Will you ship what is in stock first? Am I responsible for the additional shipping costs if I want the order split shipped?
If you purchased multiple items, we will hold your order until your pre-order is available to ship. If you would like your order split-shipped than you can request that by emailing info@orseundiris.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to ship first. You will be required to pay the additional shipping costs.
Do you have a physical store where I can try on your products?

Do you offer customization options for your styles?
At this time, we do not offer customization or made-to-measure options for our styles. We’re focused on creating unique designs that are ready to wear and that we hope you will love. 💕
Will you be restocking certain styles in the near future?
Yes, we regularly restock popular items. Keep an eye on our website for updates on restocked items and sign up 📋 for the waitlist.
What is your return policy?

Which shipping carriers do you use?
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. Choose from FedEx 2 Day (best rates), FedEx Ground or FedEx Overnight.
We partner with DHL for international orders which are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which import duties and taxes are handled and paid at checkout.
What are your style sizing details?
