Compensation: $38–50/hour (based on experience) + Individual Sales Commission + Performance Bonuses
About the Role
Orseund Iris is seeking an exceptional Private Client & Showroom Manager to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience within our Williamsburg showroom.
This is more than a sales position it's an opportunity to become a trusted stylist and relationship builder for our clients. You'll cultivate long-term relationships with customers, influencers, stylists, and VIP clientele while representing the brand with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail.
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail, understands the importance of clienteling, and is passionate about creating memorable, high-touch experiences that translate into long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
Luxury Sales & Clienteling
- Conduct private showroom appointments and personalized styling sessions.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall showroom performance.
- Provide expert styling, fit, and wardrobe recommendations.
- Maintain detailed client profiles, purchase history, sizing, and preferences.
- Conduct proactive client outreach regarding new arrivals, restocks, exclusive launches, and appointments.

Cultivate repeat business through thoughtful clienteling and relationship management.
Client Experience
- Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience from initial inquiry through post-purchase follow-up.
- Respond thoughtfully to customer questions regarding products, sizing, styling, shipping, and special orders.
- Ensure every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their visit.
- Coordinate bridal appointments and VIP experiences.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
Showroom Operations
- Maintain showroom presentation to the highest luxury retail standards.
- Ensure garments are steamed, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
- Assist with appointment preparation, fitting rooms, and styling pulls.
- Coordinate alterations, special orders, and customer requests.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and order adjustments accurately.
- Work closely with Operations and Production to ensure inventory accuracy and seamless customer service.
- Proactively follow up with clients after appointments to build lasting relationships, gather feedback, and cultivate repeat business.
Brand Representation
- Represent Orseund Iris with professionalism, discretion, and enthusiasm.
- Build relationships with influencers, stylists, editors, and VIP clientele.
- Support showroom events, trunk shows, press appointments, and private shopping experiences.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, product requests, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail or luxury showroom experience.
- Background with premium or luxury brands such as The Row, Khaite, Celine, Toteme, Bergdorf Goodman, Moda Operandi, Net-a-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, or similar.
- Proven success achieving personal sales goals.
- Strong clienteling experience with a loyal customer following.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Passion for styling and luxury fashion.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
- Experience with Shopify POS, Shopify, Gorgias, or similar retail platforms is preferred.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- 3–4 days per week
- Approximately 24–32 hours per week
- Availability during weekends is required.
Compensation
- $38–50/hour, based on experience
- Individual sales commission
- Monthly showroom performance bonus
- Quarterly clienteling and customer retention bonus opportunities

Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate (In-Person, Part-Time)
Hourly Rate: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2–3 days per week, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Currently hiring for 2 candidates to alternate between M-F.
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn (In-Studio)

About the Role
We're seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to support the daily operations of our Brooklyn studio.
This role is essential to ensuring every customer order, inventory movement, return, PR shipment, and gifting package is handled with accuracy and care. You'll play an important role behind the scenes, helping deliver the elevated experience our customers expect.
This is a structured operational position focused on fulfillment, inventory, and studio organization. The role reports directly to our Operations & Marketing Manager.
Location & Schedule
This is a fully in-person, part-time position based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn studio.
- 2–3 weekdays per week
- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (4 hours/day)

Responsibilities Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Prioritize expedited and same-day shipments when required.
- Ensure packages are properly labeled, sealed, and prepared for carrier pickup.
- Confirm all shipments leave the studio on schedule.
- Flag any shipping or carrier issues promptly.
Inventory Management
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Perform routine inventory counts and spot checks.
- Ensure garments are properly tagged, barcoded, and organized.
- Maintain accurate inventory storage and organization.
Returns & Exchanges
- Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately.
- Inspect returned merchandise before restocking.
- Report damaged items or inventory discrepancies.
Garment Care
- Steam garments for customer orders, PR, showroom appointments, and gifting.
- Coordinate dry cleaning when needed.
- Ensure every outgoing garment meets our presentation standards.
PR & Gifting
- Prepare and ship influencer, press, and gifting packages.
- Ensure shipments are beautifully presented, accurate, and sent on time.
Studio Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized fulfillment and inventory space.
- Restock packing materials and shipping supplies.
- Break down boxes and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Support overall studio organization and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable performing structured operational work.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes.
- Positive, collaborative attitude.
- Able to lift and move boxes as needed.
- Experience with fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus.
