We’re seeking a highly creative, organized, and resourceful Social Media, Production & Brand Community Associate to join our fast-growing luxury womenswear e-commerce brand. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role that blends content creation, social media management, and influencer relations to bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and broader team to produce compelling, on-brand content and foster meaningful relationships with our influencer, stylist, and celebrity community. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a sharp aesthetic sensibility, a strong grasp of digital culture, and a passion for fashion and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media-
Assist in planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and newsletters in collaboration with the PR & Marketing Manager

Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and support visual storytelling to grow and retain our audience

Capture and curate behind-the-scenes iPhone and digital camera content during studio days, photoshoots, and brand events

Write captions and support campaign copy aligned with brand tone of voice and visual identity
-
Serve as point person for the PR phone

Host showroom appointments with influencers, stylists, and brand muses
-
Support influencer outreach and manage gifting and collaboration programs

Manage monthly influencer gifting targets (coordination only; no packing or shipping; targets subject to change)

Manage Instagram and TikTok DMs to engage with customers, influencers, and KOLs, fostering brand community

Monitor engagement, feedback, and relevant cultural trends

Coordinate sample pulls, track returns, and maintain PR/influencer tracking systems

Support on-set production for shoots and showroom activations, with occasional assistance in planning (casting, booking models, HMU, studios as needed)

Capture BTS content for use across all social channels

Organize and archive creative assets (photo, video, press, UGC) across shared drives

Ensure digital files and content libraries remain current and accessible

Maintain content calendars and assist with campaign scheduling

Build newsletters by plugging assets and copy into existing templates

Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement

Support e-commerce launches, promotional events, and email marketing efforts

Present monthly social media performance reports, including analytics and insights
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships welcome)

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest with a sharp visual eye

Basic video and photo editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva) and comfort using an iPhone camera

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to brand voice

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment

Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and basic project management tools (Notion, Asana)

Spring 2026 Design & Production Internship
This internship is primarily for the Spring 2026 semester. We encourage candidates interested in Summer 2026 to indicate their availability in their application.
Description
This integrated school coursework or school credit internship offers hands-on experience supporting the Design & Production team at Orseund Iris. Interns will work closely with the design and development team on day-to-day studio operations, sample tracking, material organization, and product development support, gaining direct insight into the full lifecycle of luxury ready-to-wear from concept through production. This role is best suited for students interested in design, product development, and production within a contemporary/luxury fashion environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Design & Production team with daily studio operations and organization
Studio & Material Management

Maintain overall studio organization and upkeep, including fabrics, trims, development materials, and sample racks

Assist with basic inventory management including unpacking deliveries, logging incoming materials, and maintaining organized stock

Organize and maintain fabric, trim, and swatch libraries
-
Maintain design and development binders, seasonal materials, and reference boards
Product Development & Tracking Support
- Maintain and update internal trackers and spreadsheets including fabric, trim, sample, and inventory logs, and assist with style COG updates
-
Assist with sample organization, tagging, tracking, and preparation for fittings and development
- Support measuring samples and logging specs or development notes as needed
- Assist with basic tech pack updates and CAD support (line sheets, flat updates, layout adjustments)
- Prepare materials for fittings, reviews, and internal presentations
Sourcing & External Runs
- Assist with Garment District visits, including factory and vendor pick-ups/drop-offs and gathering swatches and development materials
- Research fabric and trim options and maintain organization of all incoming materials within the studio
Shipping & General Studio Support
- Assist with shipping and receiving of samples and development materials
- Support prep for market appointments, photoshoots, and internal projects as needed
- Maintain general studio upkeep to ensure an efficient and organized working environment
Qualifications & Skills

Currently enrolled in a college or university program and able to receive school credit
- Strong interest in fashion design, product development, and production
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with physical materials, samples, and hands-on studio tasks
- Ability to manage multiple trackers, logs, and organizational systems accurately
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to assist with both creative and operational tasks
- Comfortable running errands and navigating the Garment District independently
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs or Excel
Interns will gain practical experience in studio workflow, development processes, and the operational structure of a small luxury design team.
