Orseund Iris ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 4–5 business days for processing and packing before shipping. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination.

International orders shipped outside the U.S. via UPS Worldwide services are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are paid at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
We offer returns for store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or an exchange for a different size or item. Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days. A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Accessories under $50 and sale items are final sale. International exchanges are not accepted. Duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable.
