Orseund Iris ships from Brooklyn, NY. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. Orseund Iris delivers worldwide. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

Orders are available for local New York City pick up from the Orseund Iris Studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our Pick up option is only available from Monday - Friday from 10:30am - 6:00pm. Saturday and Sunday pick up is not available. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please call or text +1 (646) 919-1516 upon arrival. Please allow 2-4 days for us to prepare your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please sign up for text messages notifications at checkout and you'll receive a text when your order is ready for pick up. Address is released when order is placed. No delivery options available. 

All domestic orders and shipments placed with us online will be processed and shipped via FedEx 2Day. Delivery takes 2-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Expedited shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is available for domestic orders. Expedited shipping will only be processed during business hours, Monday-Friday. Please check our Contact Us page for updates on studio closures.
Domestic US orders will be shipped via FedEx 2Day. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. Orseund Iris is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Please note that UPS and FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you via e-mail to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the U.S. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express shipping or FedEx International Priority. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than DHL Express. DHL typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. FedEx International Priority typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping costs and times vary with shipping location. Orseund Iris is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Shipments to Russia will be shipped via UPS Ground Worldwide shipping unless notified otherwise. UPS Ground Worldwide typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. International shipping costs vary with shipping location.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Orseund Iris, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Orseund Iris.

To estimate shipping fees select country, state and zip code upon checkout. Shipping costs provided at checkout do not include any import duties and taxes. All orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and the customer will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery or your order. See section “TAXES & DUTIES” for more information. 
Orseund Iris offers Route Package Protection insurance at check-out. It can help protect you if your order is damaged, loss or stolen. If you have added insurance to your order using Route at checkout and your order has been lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim at https://claims.route.com using the Order ID provided by Route. Shipping insurance is non-refundable for delivered packages. Please reach out to info@orseundiris.com if you need any further assistance in this process. 

Signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. If you'd like your package to be released without a signature required, please email Orseund Iris at info@orseundiris.com or text us at +1 (646) 919-1516 to release your parcel without a signature after placing your order. 
Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to Orseund Iris. All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
